Products cannot be returned or exchanged except in the following cases:

• An error on our part in preparing the order or sending the product
• The product arrives damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Review and Resolution

Our team will review your request and may arrange an inspection of the product to verify the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate exchange or refund.
